Offsets: The skull he wears is not of his mother, but instead of a Garchomp.
Personality: Rouge Bone (Rouge for short) is timid by nature and looks to run from any fight it can, If enraged enough or Cornored by anything he finds threatening him and will not hesitate to fight even to death. CAUTION: he is very clumsy and can cause anything from minor rock slides by stumbling on a small stone into a larger rock to a full fledge Onix attacks (barley escaped from two of them already)
History: This cuebone never knew his parents (other than his mother's skull) and was kicked out of his group because of an unfortunate accident that broke his mother's skull in half. Rouge found the skull of a Garchomp in his attempt to get away from and Ekans, managing to scare the Ekans away with his new skull and a bone he found not far from the skull. He now roams Mt. Ishi helping any Pokemon he can, and stealing when he can't get food any other way.
