One Piece!



Welcome to the One Piece AU. This is more of a fun little experiment to see what people can make up.

Let's start off with a few basic things. Since pokemon already have a ton of special abilities, they will be cut down a teeny bit, and is generally not as good as they would normally be. Luckily, Devil's Fruit powers, and swords are available at your leisure! ^o^

Character aps will be posted down below here. They don't need to be approved, but I might point out something that I would prefer to be changed a bit, as it's a hard thing to balance. Remember, your pokemon's physical abilities is adjusted to what humans and such is able to do in One Piece. Incredible strength can be achieved with enough training.

Here is a quick guideline for the character app.

Original App: (Please provide a link to the original character app)
Role: (This can be many fancy things, don't feel restricted to be creative here ^u^)
Equipment: (Swords, guns, maps, clothes, mead, ect)
History: (this is just a brief thing about your character. Don't need to make something huge, just a teeny little text saying what they do, and why)
Devil's Fruit Power: (Only add this if you have one)
Strengths:(What are you good at? ouo)
Weakness: (What is your fatal flaw?)

And that's it basically. No repeat devil fruit powers, if someone got the one you wanted before you could get it, too bad.

Feel free to make your own devil's fruit power, and then we can discuss it here. Make it at least somewhat balanced. For jobs, I will have to make it one captain, and one ship. Later we can add more if this becomes popular enough ^u^

Role: Navigator~
Equipment: A white shirt with red stripes going across it, a bottle of rum, a map of the blue, a ham sandwich, and a bandanna.
History: She grew up in a big boom town. The place was known for a great casino, but that's not particularly important. She wasn't the brightest kid, and around when she was ten she visited a market place with her mother, and bought a bag of various fruits for a minor fee. She ate the fruit, one of the fruits and it turned out it was a Devil's Fruit. She was shocked at first, as it's a rather scary thing, but later learned to control her new powers. She spent a lot of time traveling and drawing maps of places she had been to. She eventually decided that she would be better of with a life of being a pirate and joined a crew.
Devil's Fruit Power: Gomu Gomu no Mi (Stretchy powers)
Strengths: Navigating, fighting, dancing, singing, freezing stuff.
Weakness: Salt water, fire, sharp tools, messing up trying to use her powers, she forgives her enemies too easily.

Equipment: Dual Cutlasses, A Banana, A Bandana Thats red with white polka dots, More Banana's, A single Cookie.
History: Gaffey's history is a mystery to all except of the fact he used to be a captain (~o-o)~ Spoooky
Devil's Fruit Power: Suke Suke no Mi
Strengths: His Agility and Stamina is amazing
Weakness: To trustful
