Scourge the ralts

Personality: Scourge does not know how to talk. he listens well enough an understands must of what he hears, but he just cant quite form a coherent sentence. His face is very expressive though, despite his vibrant red eyes being hidden behind his green hair, so it is often easy to tell what he is thinking. He is friendly when he does not feel threatened, which is, sadly, not very often. He is given to kleptomania and to emotional instability, and often his crying and childlike appearance can let him get away with a little bit more than he should be able to at his age. He is fond of pecha berries for their taste and likes the smell of apples, but he dislikes rawst berries. he is very partial to ghost-types and tends to follow them around, dispite his allignment. his best friend is a ghastly. Someday he hopes to find a dawn stone, and eventually to be a gallade.  
History: hatched deep in the woods to two gardevoir, Ralphine and Fell, Samuel was raised with his father's ideals at heart; namely, none. Samuel was trained in self defense by his father, and in basic survival skills by his mother, he was fairly capable of looking after himself while his parents were busy. He was taught not to speak of his father, not even in his presence, and he was taught not to speak out of turn, which was fine by him. He was horrible with words anyway.

 And then Fell was injured. His leg was badly damaged in a fight with a lucario. Fell lost the limb to infection, and with it lost his love of adventure. Samuel and his elder brother, Raphiel, soon left their parents' nest and went off on their own. Raphiel was fascinated to discover much more sophisticated pokemon living in organised groups in the area. Samuel was much shyer than the kirlia. He feared the large groups of pokemon. While Raphiel earned his place in society and attempted to lead his brother to do the same, Samuel stayed away from the area, preferring to keep to himself. Eventually, though, he found a friend in a ghastly, Mishka. Mishka was mischievous and playful. She lived for fun and fun alone. The young ghastly, who was under the care of Wrecke, a sandslash, often stole from shops and started fights. Samuel was curious about her, and sh found him and his speech disability adorable. She invited Samuel to join in on her games, and Samuel accepted. Mishka and Scourge together raided shops and played pranks frequently, earning him his nickname, 'Scourge'.

  Scourge knew that the games were wrong, though, and confronted Mishka about them. Mishka agreed to change the game so that it wouldnt harm anyone, as long as he still played with her. Scourge liked Mishka. she was his friend. He gladly accepted. The nickname, however, stuck.
