A lone Cuebone on the Edge (of the mountain base)

Rouge stood there on a large boulder at the base of Mt. Ishi. He looked into the deep forest that was in front of him.

"Can't see a thing..." he whispered dumbfounded by how any Pokemon in their right mind would want to live in such a cramped place with no viability of the sky or around you.

Rouge looked at her and immediately backed up in a mixture of surprise and a natural distrust of any pokemon who was acting different than sitting still as a rock.

"S-somewhere along the base of my home."

Rouge wriggled out of her grasp and jumped back onto a higher rock with a different type of grace.

"d-don't t-touch...."

Rouge moves back a bit more on the rock, stepping onto an unstable part of it, but balancing perfectly on it

"I-i don't care... j-just don't t-touch..."

Rouge immediately struck the heart with a bone club attack protecting himself. He knew just what that could have done to him, and he did not like the idea.

"D-don't do t-that again..."

Rouge took one more step back, one step too far. The lose rock fell under his feet causing him to fall as well, the only thing still on the rock as he fell was his club, which was not in his hand.

"N-no!" The rocks directly below him looked more than sharp enough to cut him to shreds, he could only hope he grabbed a hold of something. just then he managed to grasp a very thin and weak vine. This could not hold him for very long.

Rouge clung on to her with out question, not willing to refuse being touched just to die, the moment that he was grabbed was the moment the vine broke off.

Rouge grabbed his bone club and hugged it tightly, shaking visibly.

Rouge shook his head no, staring at the edge where he had fell from in horror.

"M-my home...."Rouge mumbled, still in shock, unable to fight against anyone who tried to move him.

"r-rouge b-bone..."He looked down at the ground his garchomp skull sitting slightly off kilter on his head.

"n-no..." Rouge felt defeated and embarrass at the same time, he was grateful he was saved, but he couldn't even pull himself together enough to move more than to grab his club. He was no Pokemon, he was nothing more than a frightened animal backed into a corner.

Rouge looked up seeing several vine above, he stuck his bone up catching one, several victorybells fell down into the pat of the breloom distracting it

Rouge was confused. how did he know that would happen? why would he have ever even though of it in the first place? Why was he starting to feel more at home in the forest than on his mountain where he had spend most of his life? his mind was filling with questions just as much as defeat and disrepair.

"T-the bellsprouts..." rouge pointed at several bellsprouts soaking up some sun. "T-they point to the s-sun... g-get directions f-from that..?" Rouge was again confused, how would he know any of this, much less what a bellsprout was, he had never seen one on the mountain, not did he ever hear of them, but he knew them.

one of the Belsprouts responds "Due east, the way we face."

Rouge watched as the scenery flew by, unsure of how fast they were going.

Rouge sat there looking around still trying to collect himself and pull himself together, unsure of what is had happened that got him there in the first place.

Rouge was still looking around, sitting on the ground, so much had happened and he needed to sort it out. he needed to be still and quite for a while.

Rouge didn't feel very hungry, but he did not want to be rude.

"sure..." Rouge looked to the tray and to candy.

Rouge smiled back slightly and took one

"Thank you." he started to continue to think, but every time he felt close to an answer his head hurt and pushed it away.

"Y-yes it's great." He lied, he honestly hadn't been paying attention to what the snack tasted like but more of why his head was hurting every time he got close to an answer

Rouge decided he had enough pain for now and concentrated on the snack, it was great, and it helped to clear his head. he went over what he knew. Yes, he wasn't home. Yes this pokemon named candy had saved his life, yes she had technically kidnapped him but that didn't matter, and yes he was eating a great tasting snack. This was more than enough for him to know at this point. he was just happy he was safe for now. Rouge stood up.

"no... nothing is wrong... i was just thinking of some stuff... it doesn't matter right now." He smiled at her and took another snack.

"these are truly delicious"

"T..V..?" rouge had never heard of such a thing in his life, and if a T.V. was a pokemon... why would he want to watch it?
