Subject: Breathing underwater sounds dangerous Sun Mar 02, 2014 10:18 am

Cherry reached the gate, and stood there shivering a bit. She had always been curious about how this thing worked, and if it was true that pokemon that entered through there would be able to breath underwater in a large radius. She wondered how it worked, she wasn't the brightest pokemon, so she didn't even have a guess or a theory as to how it could function in conjunction to her organs, more specifically her lungs.

She stood there, not sure how it would feel. The last thing she wanted to do was enter and get a deep breath of water directly into her lungs just because she didn't "do it right" if there even was a way to do it right that is. "Oh dear..."

Cherry jumped at the sudden voice, and looked at the grass type shyly. "Well-I-erm-maybe?" She asked, not really sure if she wanted to drag anyone in or not.

Cherry shivered a bit, slowly put her first foot through the gate and into the water. The water surprisingly wasn't cold. The water still felt wet, but more like a somber rain than anything. She took the next step and went through the gate. It didn't feel like the "air" changed at all!. She stood there for a moment, and tried to wrap her head around it.

Cherry's ears suddenly dropped even more than they normally did. "W-well yes...but I can only heal myself..." She didn't feel too good about being basically useless in a team, but she was never a fighter.

"Sure!. It would be a good way of getting used to the water anyway" She walked up next to Rancor and looked around a bit. "So where are we heading?" She asked, even though she didn't really know any landmarks, but it's still a curious thing. She might remember some scary place she heard about a time back.

Cherry nodded and followed him. She really didn't want to get toe to toe with a Lombre. She hoped that if it did happen, she could convince him to let her and Rancor go. They walked for a bit before Cherry stepped on a Magikarp that seemed to have burried itself under the sand due to many failed attempts at splash. "Oh my!, I'm sorry!" She said, and hid behind Rancor.

The Gyrarados got hit by the powerful solar beam, and jerked backwards a little. It's eyes started glowing a scary red color, and it went on a complete rampage. Whipping Cherry into a coral wall, and charging for Rancor!. (Gyrarados used Trash!)

Cherry cringed a bit, and stood up a little bruised. The Gyrarados somehow did a swift dodge, and swung it's tail at Rancor violently, not really aiming. Cherry got up and ran a bit away from the giant rampaging monster. "Over here!, run!" She exclaimed, hoping that they could get away from this thing before any of them got hurt, or in her case, hurt again.

Cherry gasped, and stood in front of the Garados. "Um-um, could you not attack us?, I'm sorry for stepping on you, and I'm sure he just acted on impulse." Cherry, fiddled with her fingers a bit, being very nervous about the possible chance that the Garados would ignore her. It was a wild pokemon after all, and having spent all of it's life splashing, and being mocked didn't help either.

Cherry almost jumped hearing that, and quickly pulled out a Cherri Berry from her bag. She shoved it in his mouth, and hoped that he could manage to swallow it before the Garados attacked.

Cherry smiled back before looking at the Garados with a serious look. For the first time in her life, she were going to do something. She jumped towards the Garados' face and double slapped him. This didn't do a whole lot, but it was the thought that counts. Of course the Garados was still stunned that she did this as she seemed relatively defenseless.

Cherry nodded before getting run over by the Garados. She moaned in pain as she crawled out of the Cherry shaped print on the ground, and rubbed her head. "Ow..."

Cherry gave Rancor a thumps up. "Okay. I hope this adventure ends soon though..." She said shivering a bit. "I'm not sure I can stand up to these guys. What am I supposed to do when they attack us?" She asked Rancor as she really didn't have any experience in the world of dungeon crawling.

"Ooooo, fashionable!" Cherry exclaimed, having different ideas of what she would do with the scarf. She sneezed, still not being used to being underwater like this.

Cherry shrugged a bit "I wouldn't mind wearing it for fashion reasons, but you found it first." Cherry patted him on the back, and smiled as the intense sun disappeared. Not particularity liking having to shield her eyes with her paws whenever she turned a certain direction.

Cherry nodded and followed him. When they reached the gate, she once again stood nervously in front of it. How would it feel to exit?. Would she feel wet?, would she have trouble adjusting to the air?. *gasps* Would she have bad water in her lungs!?!. All of these things where going through her head, and she froze in fear.

Cherry gasped and grabbed his hands trying to pull him back. "Nooooooo!" She yelled while pulling with all of her might (which was admittedly not much).

Suddenly, a steel fist hit the Omastar right between the eyes, making it let go of Rancor, and sending it flying god knows where. "You okay?"

Ken got in position, and fired a Aura Sphere at the Omastar, hitting it right in the mouth. He jumped closer to the Omastar and made a terrible sounding cry in front of it. (Metal sound) Cherry decided to hide behind a rock.

Ken smiled in response. "That was no punch my friend. It was a blast of pure energy" He fired another Aura Sphere right into it's mouth, dealing massive damage to the fossil.

"Hmn, it seems some of the fossils are moving to areas that fit their type...This could mean that they are adapting to the new world. Maybe we will get a villager soon" he thought to himself.

"He isn't using any special attacks right now, and when he does I will shield you" Ken fired another sphere at the Omastar, this one with a little more punch than the last one *crit~*

"Yes, and I'm lowering his SPECIAL defense" he explained, getting tired of repeating himself, and bulletpunched the Omastar.

"Hhmn, yes this is odd". His eyes grew wide as a underwater Tsunami knocked hit both him, Rancor, and even poor Cherry, causing her to faint. "Darn it!" Now he felt really guilty about lowering everyone's special defense xD

Ken jumped over to Cherry and checked her for injuries. "She is fine, she will be okay after a good nap. How about yourself?" He asked, turning over to Rancor.
