Super Move(s) Super Attract -> He is able to attract more than one target. This is including same gender, genderless, and pokemon from a different egg group. If there is only one pokemon. Then the usual effect is just increased, which could lead to hilarious RP. xD

Offsets: He is easy on the eyes. And on top of that, a good flirt. He is able to attract both genders despite preferences (though not without the opposite RPer's permission of course, as he might still flop)
Personality: He is a very nice pokemon really. He just can't help but show off a little. He is a hopeless romantic, but is actually not that good at finding pokemon that he is into. He likes their company, but doesn't feel right in the end. He likes to prank a lot of pokemon, as his fairy type would suggest. He is all about parties, and will go out of his way to start them. Usually at the cost of the entirety of Snowflake's house to be messed up (at night no less). He gets cold easy, and thus doesn't like the ocean, or the tundra at all.
History
He grew up with his many siblings. Those siblings include Sparky and Snowflake (my two other Eeveelutions on the site...*cries in shame*). He had a fairy normal life. Usually got by most of his troubles by looking at the grown ups with babydoll eyes (which became a small running joke with him and his family). He tended to keep his distance from the more wild kids whenever he saw them. When he got older, he evolved into the Sylveon he is today, but suddenly he found that his charm had a different use, rather than make pokemon look the other way whenever he made a mistake. Now it got him popular. At first he was terrified. He got a lot of different looks than the "d'aww" looks he was used to. He then learned to embrace it after a bit of chatting with his siblings about how it is to be "cool" (the cool part mostly came from Snowflake, but that's because she is a pun lover). He found himself enjoying romance a lot more, and trying to get into it. He sadly haven't succeeded in finding the pokemon that makes him happy. He also got a sudden urge to do silly things like pranks, or tricks whenever he could. This of course was just part of being a Sylveon, but it fit him well. He seems to have an endless supply of confetti up his "sleeves" just in case he needs to do something flashy. In other words. He likes to tease and toy with pokemon. Just because he likes to see others smile. I know there wasn't a lot of history here, but I don't have a lot of history :S
