Offsets: A horrifyingly high amount of special attack when she is angry.
Personality: She is a very kind pokemon for sure. She is very generous and friendly. She respects most kind pokemon, even the ones that are brutish as long as they were kind souls. When she gets angry, she doesn't hold back on the damage she deals out, or in the case it isn't a battle, yell at them with a surprisingly intimidating force. She doesn't mind comments about her size. She does get a little annoyed when some talks bad about her strength, but she only gets really angry if someone is hurting one of her friends.

History

I honestly don't have much to say. She grew up in a town far away. A bit more fancy one than this place. she did fairly well, soon after she hatched, she bonded with a rare flower, and held it tight. It was called an Eternal flower, and only her special case could bond with them. She was an adorable child though much less ladylike than she is now. Typically asking everyone if they wanted to play rescue teams and stuff. She was afraid of most pokemon due to her size at the time, but as she grew older, she learned that size doesn't matter in strength, though the thought of a big pokemon stepping on her still makes her nervous to this day, she at least knows  they will be sorry if they do so. When she evolved for the first time, she was more ladylike. She had fun chatting and enjoyed a more relaxing lifestyle. She had become friends with a shiny Riolu at this time, who had trouble with pokemon because of his unique appearance. She told him that appearance wasn't everything, and that they were underestimating him because he looked fancy. They became close friends and spent a large amount of time together. Usually trying to fit in what they both wanted at the same time, like asking of something looked good, while the other trained. When she got older, her friend had decided to leave the town, and  she quickly grew very lonely. She decided to follow him just a few weeks after he had left, missing his company. She didn't have much to stay for anyway, as she surprisingly didn't have many friends as she was the only Florette in a town full of strange pokemon. She now lives in a fairly  nice house compared to the rest of the place, though it was big enough for her to invite guests, the furniture consisted mostly of tiny versions of what one would find elsewhere. She was by far the tiniest pokemon in town. She had a Joltic to help her get around easier. He liked her enough to be her "steed" whenever she needed to go out. And besides, she had the only house that worked for him. Though everyone in town was still a lot bigger than her, but she felt like she fit in better than the bigger town. Much less crowded. She now spends most of her time working on nice aromas, using her passion for flowers to pick out the best smelling ones. It was a bit of a challenge, but she managed to make some really nice smelling ones. Turned out I had more history than I expected. How about them Cowboys?.
