Thought we should have an event to celebrate the expanded tolerance for OCs with special looks!.

What better way to celebrate looking fancy, than having a shiny pokemon OC?

The difference between shiny pokemon, and pokemon with fancy colors is that obviously, that they have to stick with the shiny template (no special things aside from that, but of course scars, piercings, and such are still perfectly fine. ;D ) and the second thing is that they at times sparkle a tiny bit, mostly when they make a fast motion, or pose. It's almost like they can control the sparkles at will, which will be exploited for sure >u<

Also, shiny pokemon are so rare, that almost every pokemon won't have seen one in their lifetime, no matter how old they are. Might get some either unwanted, or wanted attention depending on the OC. But fancy smancy, let's vote!
