Made a new exp system as on request by Ema-Chan. I will take ANY comments and suggestions on how to improve it, and I will add details on it depending on the need. Seriously, I need to know what ya think so I can make it better!.

Oh, and money is just plain RP. RP equipment and money should be chosen responsibly, but isn't limited by anything.
No money system will be implemented, and I can't be bothered to program anything xD
It's basically impossible to program a system that makes any bit of sense, so let's just base wealth on the OCs and not on the person that posts. Have fun peepsies :3
